Haynes & Haynes was founded by finance professionals John and Faye Haynes, who both had successful careers within the commercial banking sector. After creating a formidable team working at a previous brokerage together, they decided to set up in business to enable them to take forward their vision of a family run specialist brokerage.
At Haynes & Haynes, the emphasis is not just on providing commercial advice and finance but on understanding the intricate details of every client’s business to ensure the advice and solutions offered truly align with their objectives and aspirations. As well as sourcing finance and having access to the whole of the lending market, Haynes and Haynes are able to offer clients various consultancy solutions which can assist businesses to have an in-house advisor to help implement good working practices and deliver a plan of action to exceed targets and achieve aspirational goals.
Faye’s career in finance started in 2006, when she joined HSBC Bank. Starting in the retail arm of the business, she worked in various roles in personal banking and ran a number of branches before moving into commercial banking in 2010.
Faye gained her first commercial management position in 2012 as a commercial relationship manager. Within this role, she was responsible for a portfolio of clients across the north-west.
In 2016, Faye decided to enhance her skills by taking on a new challenge and left the bank to join a commercial brokerage. Faye spent three years in this role and built a significant introducer and client network.
Faye has experience sourcing all aspects of commercial finance.
John started his career in financial services at HSBC Bank after studying for a management degree at Salford University. At HSBC, he worked on the retail and commercial banking sides of the business before taking his first management position as a commercial relationship manager. John was responsible for lending money to businesses at various levels and developed a specialism in the real estate arena after being part of their specialist team.
In 2012, John decided he wanted a new challenge and joined a commercial finance brokerage to cover the north-west of England. John spent four years in this role and built a significant introduction and professional network.
In 2017, he joined a larger national brokerage that was a niche provider of funding in specific sectors such as retail, hospitality, medical, and care. John has assisted many clients in sourcing finance for a range of purposes.
