time critical auction purchase

Our client purchased a commercial premises at auction and wanted to avoid the higher costs of short term lending. We were able to work with one of our trusted high street lenders to complete the mortgage within the timescales set by the auction house.

Commercial Mortgage with unsecured finance support

Our client required a large commercial mortgage to purchase an industrial unit for his trading business. The client did not have a sufficient cash deposit. We were able to secure the mortgage with a high street lender whilst also  using an unsecured lender to provide the required additional funds for deposit.
